Through deep consultancy, storytelling, and long-term program design, we’ve helped reposition Aura Orthodontics from a high-performing practice to a values-led community leader, bridging medical advocacy, mentorship, and patient care through ancestral codes of integrity and impact.
The Challenge
Aura Orthodontics is a Surrey-based practice known for exceptional results, affordability, and glowing reviews. For over 12 years, their work spoke for itself, but their story didn’t. With minimal social media presence and no unifying message, Aura was at a crossroads: how could they deepen their local impact, build meaningful generational trust, and emerge as a thought leader in an oversaturated healthcare landscape?
They approached Himmat Media after seeing our viral work with Dil Mil. What began as a pitch for punchy orthodontic ads quickly evolved into something deeper. Aura didn’t just need a campaign; they needed a new ethos, rooted in care, authenticity, and relationship-based advocacy.
Our Approach
This was not just a rebrand. It was a re-rooting.
Through in-clinic immersion, reflective strategy sessions, and ongoing consultancy, we supported Aura in uncovering the heart of their mission. We:
Developed a three-year messaging and programming roadmap, guiding strategy across social media, in-clinic storytelling, and future community expansion.
Created and helped hire for a custom community engagement role, bridging internal capacity with Himmat’s strategy oversight.
Crafted a cohesive brand tone and narrative grounded in belonging, integrity, and cross-generational confidence.
A cornerstone of our work involved guiding Dr. Sharma, not just as a business owner, but as a human being. Across months of collaborative reflection and media training, we helped him articulate:

Developed tone and script structures for youth-facing workshops, oral health education, and parental trust-building
Every post, caption, and campaign reflected our Ancestral Codes ethos: say what you mean, root it in care, and honour your people.
